  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time.

  • You may redeem your mobile or QR Code at any of the designated stops.
  • However, the initial stop is Avenida Presidente Roque Sáenz Peña.
  • You will be issued a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you are required to retain until the expiration date or the conclusion of the tour.
  • Please verify your ticket to ascertain its expiration date.
  • Once you have exchanged your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will become invalid.
  • In the event of loss of the voucher or ticket, the company shall not be responsible for any refunds.

  • You can start the tour at any stop on the Tourist Bus with the QR that will be sent to you via email.
  • It operates Monday to Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The bus begins to circulate at 9:20 am from stop 0 (Av. Roque Saenz Peña 728) and from stop 12 (Av. Santa Fe 808). During the day, the buses have a frequency of 25 minutes. The last buses of the day will leave at 5:30 p.m., making only half a return along the route.
  • The walking tour is a free and optional activity that operates on a voluntary payment system for the guide. To reconfirm the schedule for each tour, please contact the guide on board the bus. To participate, you must arrive at the corresponding stop. It is subject to weather and operating conditions. No refund will be issued if the tour is not taken.
  • El Gato Negro is available for brunch from Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 7:00 p.m (choose the day and time at the time of booking). Nearest Hopp-on Hop-off bus stop: stop 1 (Congreso).
  • Important: When booking, the chosen day and time correspond to the reservation at El Gato Negro. If you do not attend at the confirmed time, the brunch service will be lost and is non-refundable. The bus ticket can be activated at any time on the initial reserved day.
  • Disclaimer: Due to traffic issues, public holidays, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances, there may be sudden changes to the route or schedule. Traffic congestion and road closures may lead to delays, reduced frequency, and alterations to the route. We will make every effort to ensure a smooth and frequent service! No refunds will be provided for any changes or cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances.
  • Important Instructions: We strongly recommend that all passengers attempt to board the bus at the first stop if possible. During peak season, especially on weekends, buses may reach full capacity; therefore, we advise you to wait for the next buses. NO REFUND is possible under such conditions.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
