Explore the captivating region that features a zoo, aquarium, zoological park, and a museum dedicated to natural history and anthropology. Begin your journey in the Native area, where you can observe the indigenous wildlife and flora of Buenos Aires. Proceed to the Mesopotamia section to encounter lagoon turtles, tapirs, black and overo alligators, and capybaras. Continue to the Patagonian Steppe, a replica of the Andes mountain range that extends all the way to the Atlantic. Next, venture into Africa, where you can find an abundance of flamingos, pelicans, antelopes, meerkats, and other animals.

  • A voucher holds no cash value and cannot be transferred. Once a voucher is issued, no refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations will be allowed.
  • At the time of booking, passport information is necessary for all participants, and a valid passport must be presented on the day of travel.
  • The service provider / tour operator retains the right to close or cancel specific shows, attractions, entertainment, restaurants, shops, or additional facilities without prior notice. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • The tour operator/ service provider reserves the right to alter, close, or cancel shows, attractions, entertainments, restaurants, shops, or ancillary facilities without prior notice due to city events or force majeure.

You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking voucher immediately after purchase.

After booking, you'll receive a voucher via email. For hop-on-hop-off tours, exchange your voucher with the bus driver or staff at any designated stop to receive your physical ticket. For other activities, present your voucher (digital or printed) at the meeting point specified in your booking confirmation. Keep your ticket safe throughout the tour validity period.
