On Day 1, you will be welcomed into the heart of the Argentine National Park, where your journey will commence through the classic circuits, which encompass the Superior Walk, Inferior Walk, and the magnificent Garganta del Diablo (Devil's Throat). As you stroll along the paths, you will feel the refreshing mist of the falls on your skin. A scenic ride on the Jungle Ecological Train allows you to further your adventure while appreciating the breathtaking natural environment.

On Day 2, transition to the Brazilian side to experience this natural marvel from a different viewpoint. Panoramic vistas of all 275 waterfalls, including the renowned Floriano, Deodoro, Benjamin Constant, and the thundering Union, commonly referred to as Devil's Throat, can be enjoyed from the extensive 1,200-meter walkways.   • You are required to present your vouchers (either Mobile or Printed) directly to the Guide or Driver.
  • Once you have redeemed your voucher, it will become invalid.
  • In the event of a lost voucher or ticket, the company shall not be responsible for any refunds.
  • The voucher remains valid for the travel date that you select.

  • The tour involves walking considerable distances; therefore, we recommend that you wear appropriate clothing.
  • At the time of booking, passport information is mandatory for all participants, and a valid passport must be presented on the day of travel.
  • You will be collected from your hotel located on the Argentinian side only.
  • Please be aware that certain hotels in the city are not part of our pickup routes. If your hotel is not included, we will reach out to inform you of the nearest pickup location.
  • Kindly wait for the guide in the lobby of the specified hotel. For entry to the Iguazu National Park, it is essential to purchase the entrance ticket for the Argentinian side in advance, as daily access to the park is limited.
  • There are two methods to acquire tickets: Option 1: Directly access the link provided by the National Park administration: https://ventaweb.apn.gob.ar/reserva/parques, where you will need to input the personal details of each visitor and select a visiting time of either 09:00am, 09:15am, 09:30am, or 09:45am.
  • It is crucial to choose one of the four specified times; selecting a different time will result in the inability to join the regular tour or participate in the contracted excursion. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions of purchase, as the National Park reserves the right to issue refunds. Be advised that once the information is submitted and the ticket purchase is completed, modifications cannot be made without a new purchase, and there will be no entitlement to a refund.
  • Option 2: Upon your arrival in Puerto Iguazu, please contact the local operator at the destination, who will assist you with the advance purchase of the entrance to the National Park.
  • These tours operate over two days; the order of the tours will be coordinated with the operator at the destination.
  • Arrival and departure transfers to and from the airport are only available between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Transfers cannot be scheduled outside of these hours.
  • Entrance to Argentina's National Park is not included. You can purchase your ticket at the ticket window, before entering, or in advance online: https://www.argentina.gob.ar/interior/ambiente/parquesnacionales/tarifas
  • When visiting a National Park with a paid entrance fee, you must present your ID or passport at the ticket office.
  • Please note that some hotels in the city are not included in our pick-up itinerary. If your hotel is not included in our pick-up itinerary, we will contact you with the nearest hotel where we will pick you up. You must wait for your guide in the lobby of the indicated hotel.
  • Citizens traveling with passports from Australia, Canada, and the United States and visiting Brazil will be subject to visa requirements to enter Brazilian territory starting April 10, 2025. These citizens can apply for e-visas through the portal https://brasil.vfsevisa.com/
  • Passengers from MERCOSUR member countries: must present an ID.
  • Passengers from other countries: must present a passport.
  • In all cases, if minors are taking the tour, the documentation must include a photograph.
  • Once the reservation is made, we will send you an email requesting the following information to provide the transfer:
    * Arrival flight information: Date / Airline / Flight number / Arrival time / City of origin.
    * Departure flight information: Date / Airline / Flight number / Flight departure time / Hotel where you will be staying.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 72 hours before the activity/tour start time.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 72 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 72 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • The tour operator/ service provider reserves the right to alter, close, or cancel shows, attractions, entertainments, restaurants, shops, or ancillary facilities without prior notice due to city events or force majeure.
  • All tours can be modified or cancelled without further notice.
  • The itinerary can be changed without prior notice.
