  • You may redeem your Mobile or Printed voucher at: Vienna Pass office located at 3-5 Opernring, no. 17-24, directly opposite the Vienna State Opera.
  • The time slot tickets for Schönbrunn Palace must be collected from the Group Centre / Arrival Centre.
  • In exchange for your voucher, you will receive a ticket, which you are required to retain until the expiry date or the conclusion of the tour.
  • Please verify your ticket to ascertain its expiration date.
  • Once you have exchanged your voucher for a ticket, the voucher will no longer hold any validity.
  • In the event of loss of the voucher or ticket, the company shall not be responsible for any refunds.

  • Compile your own itinerary of 2, 3, 4, or 5 visits from a selection of up to 60 attractions and sightseeing options.
  • The pass remains valid for 60 days. Children aged 0-5 years can enter for free when accompanied by a full-paying adult.
  • Please ensure you carry your identification proof.
  • The traveler is required to date the pass; otherwise, the Vienna Flexi Pass will be deemed invalid.
  • No refunds will be issued for any unused or closed attractions or services.
  • The Vienna Flexi Pass is available as a barcoded card or QR code. Admission is permitted once to 2, 3, 4, or 5 attractions, depending on the selected option.
  • The use of the Vienna Hop on Hop off Bus (72-hour ticket) is included within the 60-day validity period from the first use of the Flexi Pass.
  • New additions to the attraction list for 2024 include: Heidi Horten Collection, House of Strauss Museum, House of Habsburg Tour, Josephinum, Palmenhaus Schönbrunn, and the House of Austrian History.
  • The Transfer-Bus to Schloss & Zoo and the Apfelstrudelshow will no longer be available in 2024.
  • Time slot tickets for Schönbrunn must be collected from the Group Centre / Arrival Centre. It is advisable to collect admission tickets for Schönbrunn Palace early in the morning, particularly on weekends, public holidays, and during peak travel periods, and to avoid scheduling the visit to Schönbrunn on the last day of validity for multi-day passes.
  • Passengers wishing to take the shuttle service to the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Parndorf should arrive well in advance of their desired departure time to secure a seat for the next available journey, subject to availability.
  • The service provider retains the right to close or cancel certain shows, attractions, entertainments, restaurants, shops, or ancillary facilities without prior notice. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.

Please bring a printed copy of your ticket voucher. Some local suppliers also accept vouchers shown on a mobile device (check the activity page for details).
