  • Customers will receive a 12-digit voucher code during the booking process (automatically generated), which they are required to enter on the VCC website www.viennacitycard.at to personalize the card and select their preferred option: - Print-at-Home Ticket (must be printed in the original size):
  • A PDF will be sent to customers via email; - Mobile App Ticket: An Activation Code for the Mobile App Ticket will be emailed to customers and must be entered into the IVIE App.
  • If customers have the IVIE app installed on their phone, they can directly input the 12-digit voucher code into the IVIE app and proceed with the redemption through the app.
  • Please verify your ticket to determine its expiration date. In the event of a lost voucher/ticket, the company is not responsible for any refunds.
  • The ticket is valid for the date it was booked. For passes of 48 hours, 72 hours, and 7 days, the customer should utilize the pass on consecutive days.

  • The "Discounts only" option enables guests to take advantage of all discounts and offers associated with the Vienna City Card for a duration of 7 days. It is important to note that this option does not include a Wiener Linien transport ticket, making it ideal for visitors who possess a Klimaticket or those who prefer to explore the city on foot.
  • For certain attractions, groups exceeding 10 individuals are not permitted. It is advisable to check the attractions you wish to visit if you are part of a large group of more than 9 persons.
  • Due to traffic conditions, public holidays, weather factors, and other unforeseen events, there may be abrupt alterations to the route or schedule. Traffic congestion and road closures may lead to delays, reduced service frequency, and modifications to the route. We will make every effort to ensure a smooth and regular service! Please note that no refunds will be provided for any changes or cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances.

  • Non-Refundable / Non-Amendable. All sales are final; tickets cannot be exchanged.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
