  • First Departure: 09:00am, Last Departure: 05:00pm (June - September: 06:00pm)
  • Frequency: Buses is every 15-20 minutes
  • Duration: Approximately 50-60 minutes

  • Passengers may board the bus at any designated stop, and vouchers can be directly exchanged with the driver.
  • Upon exchanging your voucher, you will receive a ticket, which must be retained until the expiration date or the conclusion of the tour.
  • It is essential to verify the expiration date on your ticket. Once the voucher is exchanged for a ticket, the voucher becomes invalid.
  • The company is not responsible for any refunds in the event of a lost voucher or ticket.
  • Guests are reminded to exchange their on-line purchased voucher for their excursion ticket from the “City Sightseeing CORFU” staff, ONLY at the Hop On - Hop Off buses Departure / Arrival point at “CORFU NEW PORT - Main Gate” which is located 350m away from the Cruise Terminal building.
  • Please make sure there is the correct company applicable to your on-line voucher/ticket when boarding, as on occasion other excursions companies have accepted the purchased ticket and charged the customer once more.

Tour Validity:

  • The tour is valid for 12 months from the date of booking.

  • Our double-decker buses (Kanoni Line) are wheelchair accessible.
  • Service dogs only are permitted on the bus.
  • There may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events.
  • Stops and timings are subject to alter. There will be an updated map on the bus.
  • There may be a small delay in the bus's arrival and departure schedules.
  • Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these circumstances, there will be no refund.

Paleokastritsa Excursion:

  • Operating period: from 01st April to 31st October 2026
  • Departure time at: 10:00 or 11:00. Please select time when booking.
  • Duration: 5 hours
  • Departure / Arrival point: “CORFU NEW PORT - Main Gate”, 350 metres away from the Cruise Terminal building, just next to the “City Sightseeing CORFU” Hop On - Hop Off bus departure point.
  • Buses on the Paleokastritsa excursion are not wheelchair accessible.
  • Transportation by luxury air-conditioned 12, 20, 35 or 50-seater buses.
  • English- speaking trip escort/attendant.
  • Pick up/drop off service.
  • Panoramic tour / photo stops / beach stop / shopping stops / Corfu Old Town stop.
  • Baby seat (upon request).
  • Basic travel insurance coverage for passengers during transportation.

  • Operational period: 01 April – 31 October
  • April to May: 9:00 to 17:00 with a frequency of 20 minutes
  • June to September: 9:00 to 18:00 with a frequency of 15 minutes
  • October: 9:00 to 17:00 with a frequency of 15 minutes
  • No tours on April 05th, 10th, 11th & 12th, May 21st, August 11th and October 28th
  • Please consult the calendar for tour dates (*subject to change)
  • Please note the operation of this tour may change or be cancelled in the event of adverse weather conditions
  • Service dogs only are permitted on the bus.

Cruises Passengers:

  • The City Sightseeing Corfu busses are located at the Main Gate of Corfu New Port.
  • The Cruise Terminal building exit is 300 meters from the tour departure location. The employees of City Sightseeing Corfu are visible to customers outside of the buses. Additionally, they have an office (Office 5) in the Cruise Terminal Building.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time.
  • You must contact us through email. The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
