  • Florence – Piazzale Montelungo (13 min walk to city center) - 07:30am
  • Pisa – Parcheggio Pietrasantina (13 min walk to the Tower) - 11:00am
  • Lucca – Viale Regina Margherita, 235 (6 min walk to Piazza Napoleone) - 13:30

Terracotta Route:

  • Florence – Piazzale Montelungo (13 min walk to city center) - 08:30am
  • San Gimignano – Piazzale Ludovico Quaroni (7 min walk to city center) - 09:45am
  • Siena – Parcheggio del Campino (15 min walk to city center) - 13:15

  • Passengers may board the bus at designated stop, and vouchers can be directly exchanged with the driver/staff.
  • Upon exchanging your voucher, you will receive a ticket, which must be retained until the expiration date or the conclusion of the tour.
  • It is essential to verify the expiration date on your ticket. Once the voucher is exchanged for a ticket, the voucher becomes invalid.
  • The company is not responsible for any refunds in the event of a lost voucher or ticket.

  • Buses operate daily from 18 March to 31 October.
  • Tickets are valid for the date booked. Once validated onboard for the first time, they remain active for 48, 72, or 120 hours, depending on the pass selected.
  • Green route: Florence - Pisa - Lucca
  • Terracotta route: Florence - San Gimignano - Siena
  • Onboard space for luggage: 1 large or 2 small bags (cannot be left on board)

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time.
  • You must contact us through email. The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
