Our Hop on, Hop off buses stop at Bergen's key sights and attractions. The ten stations include Bryggen, The Fish Market, Bergen Aquarium, and Mount Fløyen Funicular Station. The Hop On busses make stops at all of Bergen's major sights and attractions. When your ship lands, the Hop On double deckers will be waiting at the cruise terminal. Tickets are available from our drivers as well as on-site ticket sales staff. We look forward to meeting you!

  • Frequency: Every 30 Minutes
  • Full Loop: 70 minutes
  • First Stop: Jekteviken Cruise Terminal

  • You may board the bus at any designated stop.However, we would recommend to board from Jekteviken Cruise Terminal.
  • Both mobile and paper vouchers are accepted at every stop.
  • In exchange for your voucher, you will receive a ticket, which you are required to retain until the expiry date or the conclusion of the tour.
  • Please verify your ticket to determine its expiration date.
  • Once you have exchanged your voucher for a ticket, the voucher will no longer hold any validity.
  • In the event of a lost voucher or ticket, the company shall not be responsible for any refunds.

Voucher Validity:

  • You can enjoy the tour in a different date than the reserved one if you missed your tour date.

Important Info:

  • Complimentary ear phones are provided, or you are welcome to use your own wired earphones with a jack connector.
  • There may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events.
  • Stops and timings are subject to alter. There will be an updated map on the bus.
  • There may be a small delay in the bus's arrival and departure schedules.
  • Tours operate in all weather, rain or shine. Refunds due to weather will not be granted unless the service is suspended as a result of weather.
  • Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these circumstances, there will be no refund.
  • Important Instructions: We recommend our all passengers please try to board the bus at first stop if possible. During high season, specially on weekends, buses can be full, we advise you must wait for the next buses. NO REFUND possible in such conditions.
  • Earlier departures when cruise ships are in port.
  • The last tour of the day will arrive back at the cruise ship terminal approximately 1 hour before ship departure.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
