LISBON NIGHT TOUR:

  • Initial Departure Location: Cityrama Kiosk located at Marques do Pombal, Alameda Edgar Cardoso, Lisbon.
  • However, you may board the bus at any designated stop, and your voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver.
  • You will receive a ticket in return for your voucher, which you are required to retain until the expiration date of the tour.
  • Please collect your "Oceanarium Ticket" at the Gray Line Bus Terminal situated at Marques de Pombal.
  • Once you have exchanged your voucher for a ticket, the voucher will become invalid.
  • In the event of loss of a voucher or ticket, the company shall not be responsible for any refunds.

Voucher Validity:

  • Voucher is valid for the date which you selected at the time of booking.

Important Info:

  • Multiday tickets can only be used on consecutive days.
  • Complimentary ear-phones are provided, or you are welcome to use your own wired earphones with a jack connector.
  • There may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events.
  • Stops and timings are subject to alter. There will be an updated map on the bus.
  • There may be a small delay in the bus's arrival and departure schedules.
  • Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these circumstances, there will be no refund.

  • Wheelchair accessible in all lines except the Castle Line that is operated in a small bus (21 people).
  • Assistance dog (guide dog, hearing dog, service dog) upon presentation of proof of certification.
  • Small pets (dogs, cats, small rodents) properly contained in an appropriate carrier.

  • The nearest Train Station in Belém Line is in Restauradores (stop number 2), The nearest Train Station in Orient Line is Santa Apolonia (stop number 7) and FGare do Oriente (stop number 13). The nearest Train Station in Castle Line is in Cais do Sodré (stop number 4).

  • The nearest stop from Cruise Port is in Terminal de Cruzeiros (stop number 6 at Orient Line).

Digital Walking Tour:

  • The Digital Walking Tour allows customers to visit areas such as Alfama and Baixa-Chiado, areas that are closed to heavy vehicles for an indefinite period.
  • It consists of an interactive guide that is activated via GPS, and that takes customers throughout the visit with audio playback, giving them the freedom/opportunity to choose their route at their own pace.

How it works?

  • Each customer can download the “Vox City” APP for free through a QR-Code available on their ticket. The remaining instructions are given directly to customers through the distribution of an information flyer at time of their check-in.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time. 
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time.
  • You must contact us through email. The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations.During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
