Red Route:
The Lisbon Red Route serves as your guide to many of the city’s key attractions. It commences at the grand Marquis of Pombal Square, located in the city center, offering views down the Avenida da Liberdade towards the river. Stops along this route include essential historic landmarks such as the Belém Tower, the Jerónimos Monastery, and Cais do Sodré, situated right next to the magnificent Comercio Square. Each stop along the way presents something new and distinctive!

Blue Route:
Our Blue Route ventures out of the city center to explore some of the more contemporary attractions. A highlight of this route is undoubtedly the Oceanário de Lisboa aquarium, one of the largest and most impressive indoor aquariums in Europe, home to the remarkable ocean sunfish, one of the largest fish species in the world

Walking Tours:

Carmo - Miradouro São Pedro de Alcântara

  • Meeting Point: Stop 13 on the Red Line / Stop 2 on the Green Line (same location)
  • Departs: at 10:00 every day
  • Duration: approx. 1 hour

Castle - Alfama:

  • Meeting Point: stop 4 on the Castle Route (Castelo San Jorge). Exact location provided on voucher after booking.
  • Departs at 17:00 every day
  • Duration: approx. 1 hour

Night Tour:

  • Start of the tour: Stop 1 on all lines (Marquês de Pombal)
  • Departs every day
  • September – April: 20:00; May – August: 21:00
  • Duration: approx. 1h

  • You may board the bus at any designated stop.
  • In return for your voucher, you will receive a ticket, which you are required to retain until the expiration date or the conclusion of the tour.
  • Please verify your ticket to ascertain its expiration date.
  • Once you have exchanged your voucher for a ticket, the voucher will no longer hold any validity.
  • In the event of a lost voucher or ticket, the company shall not be responsible for any refunds

Voucher Validity:

  • The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of booking.

Important Info:

  • Multiday tickets are valid only for consecutive days.
  • There may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events.
  • You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver.
  • Stops and timings are subject to alter. There will be an updated map on the bus.
  • There may be a small delay in the bus's arrival and departure schedules.
  • Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these circumstances, there will be no refund.
  • Green Route: please note that the buses on our Green Route are not suitable for wheelchair users.
  • You get a 10% discount at City Lockers in the following locations: Rossio Metro Station, Praça da Figueira Car Park, Martim Moniz Car Park, City Lockers Chiado Store and City Lockers Camões Store. Code provided on your ticket.
  • An aperitif and 15% off on your order on Fado & Food when you present your City Sightseeing Lisbon ticket.

Information for Cruise Passengers:

  • Guests are advised to check with their cruise line on the port location that the ship will dock into in Lisbon. The City Sightseeing Lisbon buses will coincide with the cruise guest’s disembarkation and be awaiting close to the cruise terminal. If Cruise guests do not see the Red City Sightseeing buses, please follow the below;
  • Cruise guests arriving into Santa Apolonia will be able to join the Red and Blue Routes at Terminal de Cruzeiros).
  • Cruise guests arriving into Jardim do Tobaco will be able to join the Blue Route at bus stop 4 or the Red Route (Terminal de Cruzeiros)
  • Cruise guests whom are arriving into Rocha Conde de Obidos will be able to join the Red Route (Terminal de Cruzeiros).

  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.

You can easily book tours and activities through our website. Simply browse our destinations, select your preferred tour, choose your date and number of participants, and complete the secure online payment process. You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking voucher immediately after purchase.

After booking, you'll receive a voucher via email. For hop-on-hop-off tours, exchange your voucher with the bus driver or staff at any designated stop to receive your physical ticket. For other activities, present your voucher (digital or printed) at the meeting point specified in your booking confirmation. Keep your ticket safe throughout the tour validity period.

Yes. You can modify your booking after purchase. Modifications depend on the specific tour's terms and conditions. Some bookings allow date changes up to 24-48 hours before the tour, while others may have stricter policies. Contact us at booking@activity-crest.com as soon as possible if you need to modify your booking. Please note that changes may be subject to availability and additional fees.

Please bring a printed copy of your ticket voucher. Some local suppliers also accept vouchers shown on a mobile device (check the activity page for details). A valid photo ID is required for the traveler named on the ticket. For certain activities, a valid ID for each participant may be required – this will be clearly stated on your ticket.

Our cancellation policy varies by tours. Most tours offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
