  • Location: Burmester Cellars (Largo Dom Luís I, Vila Nova de Gaia)
  • Duration: 50 minutes
  • Opening Hours: 10:00 – 13:00 | 14:00 – 19:00 (last tour at 18:15)

Night Tour:

  • Departure Time: Daily at 9:00pm
  • Departure Point: Praça da Batalha
  • Duration: 1 hour
  • Panoramic tour (not a Hop On Hop Off Line) without stops

  • You may commence your Hop on Hop off Bus tour from any of the designated stops.
  • The vouchers can be presented directly to the bus driver for redemption.
  • Kindly verify your ticket to ascertain its expiration date.
  • Once you have exchanged your voucher for a ticket, the voucher will become invalid.
  • In the event of loss of a voucher or ticket, the company shall not be responsible for any refunds.

Voucher Validity:

  • Voucher is valid for the date which you selected at the time of booking.

Important Info:

  • Complimentary ear-phones are provided, or you are welcome to use your own wired earphones with a jack connector.
  • There may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events.
  • Stops and timings are subject to alter. There will be an updated map on the bus.
  • There may be a small delay in the bus's arrival and departure schedules.
  • Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these circumstances, there will be no refund.
  • Mobile App: Download Cityrama Gray Line App to get latest route map and live bus tracking.
  • Night Tour: Seats are allocated on a first-come first-served basis, we highly recommend customers to arrive to the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the tour departure.
  • Assistance dog (guide dog, hearing dog, service dog) upon presentation of proof of certification.
  • Small pets (dogs, cats, small rodents) properly contained in an appropriate carrier.

How to take the VOX Walking Tour:

  • Scan the QR code at the bottom of the ticket that you will receive on board the bus or at one of our official stores;
  • Download the Vox City app;
  • In the app, select the “My maps” button and scan the QR code at the bottom of your ticket again;
  • Click Porto, select the language and download the content -Spanish, English, French, Italian, German

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 48 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
