  • You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the Driver/ Street Staff. However, the first stop is BATALHA.
  • You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
  • Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
  • After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
  • In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

Voucher Validity:

  • The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of booking.

  • Multiday tickets can only be used on consecutive days.
  • Complimentary ear phones are provided, or you are welcome to use your own wired earphones with a jack connector

  • Stops and timings are subject to alter. There will be an updated map on the bus.
  • There may be a small delay in the bus's arrival and departure schedules.
  • Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these circumstances, there will be no refund.

Six Bridges Cruise

  • First departure: 10:00, Last departure: 17:30
  • Frequency: every 30 minutes
  • Meeting Point: Praça Ribeira 20, Porto
  • Before boarding the 6 Bridges Cruise, please go to the pier to validate your voucher and check in.
  • We advise you to arrive 15 minutes early.
  • If the boat is full, you will need to wait for the next departure.
