Set off on an intriguing journey of exploration and take in Singapore's breathtaking sights both on land and through the water. To gain an understanding of the city's rich past, begin your adventure with a tour of the ancient Civic District. Then, be set for a once-in-a-lifetime aquatic adventure in Marina Bay. View Singapore's iconic landmarks, such as the majestic Esplanade Theatre, the tall Merlion statue, the breathtaking Marina Bay Sands, and the quaint Gardens by the Bay, while admiring the city-state's stunning skyline from the water.

You will pass the famous Singapore Flyer on your journey back to Earth as you tour the Civic District. The Old Supreme Court stairs are a site of great significance. It is here that the Imperial Japanese army forced the British army to surrender during World War II. To honour the fallen heroes of that era, pay your respects at the War Memorial Park, a melancholy memorial to those who gave their lives defending Singapore during the Japanese occupation.

  • Throughout the time that your ticket is valid, this receipt is required.
  • When the bus is being boarded, a Big Bus Tours employee will verify the code on the ticket.
  • The company or bus operator will not provide a refund if a voucher or ticket is misplaced.

Voucher Validity:

  • Remember that your vouchers will remain valid for the specific date and time that you selected during the booking process.

Important Info:

  • English guided tours depart hourly from 10:00am - 6:00pm daily.
  • Mandarin guided tours depart at 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 3:00pm, 4:30pm and 5:30pm daily.
  • Children aged 2 years and under will require a Toddler ticket at SG$15 (Approx.) payable at our counter.
  • Seats for any DUCKtour are subject to availability and reservations are recommended to secure your seats.
  • Seats are allocated on a first-come first-served basis, we highly recommend customers to arrive to the meeting point at least 20 minutes before the tour departure.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time.
  • You must contact us through email. The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
