How Does the Pass Work?

  • After purchasing your pass, you will receive a confirmation email with your voucher details.
  • At each attraction, simply scan the barcode or QR code received upon purchase to enter.
  • Your pass will be activated upon first use at any included attraction.
  • For your Hop-On Hop-Off bus, scan your pass at one of the following locations to receive your boarding pass: V&A Waterfront: Outside the Two Oceans Aquarium,CBD: 81 Long Street, Cape Town, 8001, South Africa.
  • Please note: The company is not liable for refunds in case of lost vouchers or tickets.
  • Pass Validity: Once activated, your pass will be valid for 1, 2, 3, 5 Days depending on the option purchased.

  • Please check the individual websites of each attraction for current opening times. Opening times are also listed in the guidebook provided with your pass.
  • Guests are advised to carry their ID card or passport on the day of travel.
  • Buses run every 30–60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions, and timings may vary.
  • Check your pass inclusions under the “Useful Downloads” section.
  • Pass validity is based on calendar days, not 24-hour cycles from the time of activation.
  • Many popular activities require advance reservations. To avoid disappointment, please book well in advance.
  • Reservation cut-off times are determined by the local start time of each activity or experience.
  • Attraction operating hours are subject to change, especially during holiday periods. Please check before visiting.
  • Guests can visit the contact centers at: Outside the Two Oceans Aquarium & 81 Long Street, Cape Town, 8001, South Africa.
  • Certain concerts, attractions, entertainment, restaurants, stores, or associated facilities may close or be canceled by the service provider without prior notice, in which case no refunds will be issued. Included attractions may change after your purchase, and the service provider cannot guarantee that every attraction will fulfill all its offers when you use the pass.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time. 
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time.
  • You must contact us through email. The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations.
  • During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.

You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking voucher immediately after purchase.

After booking, you'll receive a voucher via email. For hop-on-hop-off tours, exchange your voucher with the bus driver or staff at any designated stop to receive your physical ticket. For other activities, present your voucher (digital or printed) at the meeting point specified in your booking confirmation. Keep your ticket safe throughout the tour validity period.
