You will have an amazing time on this full-day trip from Barcelona to PortAventura & Ferrari Land! Impressive attractions including Europe's tallest and fastest vertical accelerator can be found in Ferrari Land. Explore the six intriguing realms of Mediterránea, Polynesia, SésamoAventura, China, Mexico, and the Far West in PortAventura. The greatest rides for the whole family can be found in each of them, including Shambhala, Europe's tallest roller coaster. Along with the many other options that ensure pleasure in this park, take use of the water rides to cool off on a summer day.

We will leave the office at Estació del Nord, which is very close to the Arc de Triomf. Please be at the meeting place at least fifteen minutes early

  • You must show your vouchers (Mobile/ Printed) at the Julia Travel office, Estació del Nord, ground floor, platform 19. Carrer d'Alí Bei, 80
  • Customer must provide an identity document (ID Card, Passport or driving license) to redeem the voucher to get the entrance tickets to PortAventura at Julià Travel Gray Line office.
  • You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
  • In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
  • Ticket is valid to the travel date you choose.

  • The reservation holder must present an identification document (ID, Passport, Driver's license) when exchanging their voucher for the ticket at the Julia Travel Gray Line Spain office.
  • According to Ferrari Land opening hours for the 2025 – 2026 season, the access to the park will be from 16:30hrs. We recommend you to access from the opening time so you can enjoy the most of your time at the park.
  • Ferrari Land's opening hours may be subject to change throughout the season, and any changes will be communicated at check-in.
  • Some facilities may be out of service, suspended, or closed due to technical reasons, weather conditions, safety, or operational reasons. For the reasons mentioned, it may be necessary to close PortAventura Park and/or PortAventura Caribe Aquatic Park and/or Ferrari Land. All of the above does not entitle you to a refund of the ticket or a change of its date.
  • Admission staff may request official documentation to verify the children’s age (ID, Passport, etc). If this documentation is not provided, the payment of the difference corresponding to the adult rate may be required.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time.
  • You must contact us through email. The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the timetable due to public holidays, weather conditions, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy.
  • We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.

You can easily book tours and activities through our website. Simply browse our destinations, select your preferred tour, choose your date and number of participants, and complete the secure online payment process. You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking voucher immediately after purchase.

After booking, you'll receive a voucher via email. For hop-on-hop-off tours, exchange your voucher with the bus driver or staff at any designated stop to receive your physical ticket. For other activities, present your voucher (digital or printed) at the meeting point specified in your booking confirmation. Keep your ticket safe throughout the tour validity period.

Please bring a printed copy of your ticket voucher. Some local suppliers also accept vouchers shown on a mobile device (check the activity page for details). A valid photo ID is required for the traveler named on the ticket. For certain activities, a valid ID for each participant may be required – this will be clearly stated on your ticket.
