  • The ascent to the tower will be unguided. The descent from the tower is via the stairs. Visitors are required to store any rucksacks or bags in the designated lockers prior to ascending the towers.
  • Children under the age of 6, unaccompanied minors aged 7 to 17, individuals with reduced mobility, and those who experience vertigo or have cardiovascular conditions are prohibited from ascending the towers.
  • Any individual who does not arrive at the specified time will not receive a refund. Appropriate attire is mandatory.
  • Sagrada Familia retains the right to restrict access to the towers due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances without prior notification, and also reserves the right to deny entry. Upon arrival, visitors will undergo checks of their bags, rucksacks, luggage, and personal belongings. No refunds will be issued.
  • Admission personnel may request official identification to confirm the age of children (ID, Passport, etc.). Failure to present this documentation may necessitate the payment of the difference corresponding to the adult ticket price.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time.
  • You must contact us through email. The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the timetable due to public holidays, weather conditions, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy.

  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
