  • Passengers may board the bus at any designated stop, and vouchers can be directly exchanged with the driver.
  • Upon exchanging your voucher, you will receive a ticket, which must be retained until the expiration date or the conclusion of the tour.
  • It is essential to verify the expiration date on your ticket. Once the voucher is exchanged for a ticket, the voucher becomes invalid.
  • The company is not responsible for any refunds in the event of a lost voucher or ticket.

  • Remember that your vouchers will remain valid for the specific date that you selected during the booking process.

Important Info:

  • Multiday tickets can only be used on consecutive days.
  • Complimentary ear phones are provided, or you are welcome to use your own wired earphones with a jack connector
  • Tours operate in all weather, rain or shine. Refunds due to weather will not be granted unless the service is suspended as a result of weather.

During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
