Boat Tour:

  • Please check-in 15 minutes prior to the start time.

  • Any designated bus stop is where you can get on the bus.
  • At our bus stops, provide the staff member with your printed or mobile ticket, and they will give you a receipt that you may use to board the bus.
  • Passengers can board at any stop and simply exchange their booking voucher with the driver/street staff at that point.
  • Your booking voucher will expire after you exchange it for a ticket.
  • The company or bus operator will not provide a refund if a voucher or ticket is misplaced.

Voucher Validity:

  • The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of booking.

Important Info:

  • Complimentary ear phones are provided, or you are welcome to use your own wired earphones with a jack connector
  • There may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events.
  • Stops and timings are subject to alter. There will be an updated map on the bus.
  • There may be a small delay in the bus's arrival and departure schedules.
  • Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these circumstances, there will be no refund.
  • Red Line: Stop 2 is closed after 13:40.
  • Blue Line: Starts from Vialia and joins the Red Line at 14:00
  • Small dogs (up to 10kg) in carriers are permitted on the bus.
  • Opening times, operational details and inclusions are subject to change at any time with little to no notice.

Green Line (Botanical Gardens):

  • Operates every day apart from Monday.
  • Tuesday - Friday: 11:05 to 18:05
  • Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: 11:05 to 19:10
  • There is no departure between 16.05 and 18.05
  • Please note that there is no audio commentary on the Green Line.
  • Attention: Please note that on Mondays, the green route will not operate.

Included Activities:

  • Entry to the attractions is valid for the duration of your bus ticket.
  • Picasso’s Birthplace Museum: 09:30 to 20:00 every day, including public holidays. 24th and 31st December: 09:30-15:00. Closed: 1st January and 25th December. Last access 15 minutes before the museum closes. Capacity: 25 people in Picasso’s Birthplace Museum and 72 in the temporary exhibition hall.
  • Automobile and Fashion Museum: Opening hours - Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 14:30 and 16:00 to 19:00. The ticket office will stay open until 30 minutes before closing time. CLOSED: December 25th, January 1st. 24 and 31 December open from 10:00 to 14:30.
  • Centre Pompidou: The Pompidou Centre will be closed from 6th September to 23rd November (both days included). Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday - 09:30 - 20:00 (including public holidays). Closed on Tuesdays, 1 January and 25 December. The centre will be open on public holidays that are Tuesdays and the day before. On 24 and 31 December the centre will be open until 15:00. (Last admission time for the public is 14:30). Admission is allowed until 30 minutes before the museum closes.
  • MIMMA (Interactive Music Museum): Tuesday to Sunday from 10.30 to 18.30.
  • Jaleo Flamenco Show: Check times and dates with our staff.
  • Revello de Toro Museum: Tuesday to Saturday: 10:00 to 20:00. Sundays and holidays: 10:00 to 14:00. Closed on Mondays.
  • Thyssen Museum: Tuesday to Sunday from 10.00 to 20:00.
  • Boat Trip: Every day: 12:00, 13:30, 16:00, 17:30
  • Virtual Reality Experience: every day: 12:15

During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
