Our first destination is Dubai Mall, which has an aquarium and more than a thousand stores. It's the size of fifty football fields! But Dubai isn't all about ultramodernity. When Dubai was considerably smaller, prior to the oil boom of the 1970s, the Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood was constructed. You may explore its intriguing traditional structures and meander along its cobblestone lanes. A lot of these buildings are now home to museums and galleries. Don't overlook the Spice & Gold Souks. With the exquisite fragrances of spices from across the globe and the captivating appeal of gold, platinum, and diamonds, they are a sensory delight.

Among the gems in the city's tourism crown is Madinat Jumeirah. Although this massive five-star building looks like a traditional Arab hamlet, it's actually one of the most opulent and premier vacation destinations in the world.

It should come as no surprise that Dubai was selected to host Expo2020, the most recent World's Fair, with the tagline "Connecting Minds, Creating the Future," given its remarkable blend of heritage and modernity. It will be the most recent magnificent addition to this amazing metropolis.

  • Timings: 09:00am - 05:00pm
  • Frequency: Buses is every 40 minutes
  • Duration: Approx 80 minutes

Blue Route:
  • Timings: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Frequency: Buses is every 40 minutes
  • Duration: Approx 130 minutes
  • Departure:Dubai Mall - Zabeel Bus Parking

Sunset and Night Tour:

  • This is not a hop-on hop-off tour. There is one loop per day. The tour lasts two hours.
    Pick-up times:
  • Stop 1 - The Dubai Mall: 18:00, 
  • Stop 2 - Mina Seyahi - Dubai Marina: 18:45
  • Stop 3 - Atlantis The Palm: 19:00
  • Stop 4 - Fairmont The Palm: 19:05
  • Stop 5 - Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah - at 7:05pm
  • Stop 6 - Souk Madinat Jumeirah - at 7:20pm
  • Stop 7 - Mall of the Emirates - at 7:30pm

  • Passengers can board at any stop and simply exchange their booking voucher with the driver/street staff at that point.
  • Your booking voucher will expire after you exchange it for a ticket.
  • The company or bus operator will not provide a refund if a voucher or ticket is misplaced.
  • Infants can travel free and you do not require to book infant ticket.

Voucher Validity:

  • The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of booking.

Important Info:

  • There may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events.
  • You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver.
  • Stops and timings are subject to alter. There will be an updated map on the bus.
  • There may be a small delay in the bus's arrival and departure schedules.
  • Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these circumstances, there will be no refund.

  • You can redeem your vouchers at any of City Sightseeing Dubai bus stops or the locations above and speak to the team on field to get the most out of their tour and visit to Dubai. Our team members available for additional customer support in the following locations:
  • Dubai Mall - Zabeel Bus Parking
  • The Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo (ground floor and second floor)
  • Mall of the Emirates Gate 4 (Tourist bus parking next to Ski Dubai)
  • Atlantis The Palm (Next to the monorail station)
  • JBR The Beach (Amwaj next to KFC restaurant)
  • Souk Madinat Jumeirah (next to Seattle's Best Coffee) 
Cruise Passengers:
  • Cruise passengers will be offered a City Sightseeing transfer to the bus terminal in The Dubai Mall where you will be able to choose the Blue or Red route. City Sightseeing Staff will be present in Cruise Terminals 2 & 3 to advise on all ticket information and redemption points.
  • Please note: City Sightseeing cruise transfer takes approx. 20 minutes (frequency subject to traffic).

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time.
  • You must contact us through email. The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
