Dubai is a unique travel destination. Fifty years ago, this amazing modern city hardly existed. Today, it is a vast metropolis that seems to be as much a part of the future as it is of the present. To ensure that you see the finest of Dubai, our local team has meticulously prepared our hop-on/hop-off itinerary.

You can see the entire city because our two main highways, the Red and the Blue, pass through different parts of it. The Museum of the Future is one of the Red Route's attractions, and it's worth going just to view the museum's distinctively amazing edifice. In a city full of futuristic people, it does really appear to be something from the future, straight out of a science fiction movie.

Go off at the Al Seef Heritage Area, which is also on the Red Route, for a taste of old Dubai. Here, you can experience both the old and the new in this intriguing development, which was constructed lately but is half in the manner of the old Dubai and half in the most modern Dubai. It's a lively neighbourhood with lots of fantastic restaurants and tiny stores. Additionally, it serves as the departure point for the Al Seef Dhow Cruise, which is covered by your ticket. You can see the city from a whole different perspective and experience the tranquilly of being on the water as the cruise takes you along Dubai Creek.

The Palm Jumeirah and the Mall of the Emirates, two attractions that showcase Dubai's amazing modernity at its best, are on the opposite side of the Blue Route. In addition to more than 600 stores, the Mall of the Emirates has an incredible indoor ski slope and a family-friendly entertainment complex called Magic Planet. One of Dubai's most well-known and recognisable features is the Palm Jumeirah. The name of this artificial island group comes from the fact that it is arranged like a date palm, albeit you have to be far above it to see how stunning it is!

The Lost Chambers Aquarium, a fictitious representation of the lost kingdom of Atlantis, is one of the Palm's attractions. It is home to some of the most fascinating, stunning, and dangerous marine creatures on the planet, including sharks and small microscopic seahorses. Since we believe it's a must-see, admission is included with your Premium Pass.

Sunset and Night Tour:

  • This is not a hop-on hop-off tour. There is one loop per day. The tour lasts two hours.

  • Stop 1 - The Dubai Mall: 18:00, 
  • Stop 2 - Mina Seyahi - Dubai Marina: 18:45
  • Stop 3 - Atlantis The Palm: 19:00
  • Stop 4 - Fairmont The Palm: 19:05
  • Stop 5 - Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah - at 7:05pm
  • Stop 6 - Souk Madinat Jumeirah - at 7:20pm
  • Stop 7 - Mall of the Emirates - at 7:30pm

Al Seef Dhow Cruise:

  • Daily and hourly from 10:00 to 15:00.
  • Location: Al Seef - Stop 4 Red Route
Lost Chambers Aquarium (included with 2 and 3-day passes):
  • Start: daily from 10:00 to 21:00
  • Location: Atlantis The Palm - Stop 3 Blue Route

  • Passengers may board the bus at any designated stop, and vouchers can be directly exchanged with the driver.
  • Upon exchanging your voucher, you will receive a ticket, which must be retained until the expiration date or the conclusion of the tour.
  • It is essential to verify the expiration date on your ticket. Once the voucher is exchanged for a ticket, the voucher becomes invalid.
  • The company is not responsible for any refunds in the event of a lost voucher or ticket.

Voucher Validity:

  • The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of booking.

Important Info:

  • IMPORTANT: Children 3-5 will need a separate ticket for the Lost Chambers Aquarium.
  • Atlantis's child policy is from 3 years old. So 3- and 4-year-olds will need a separate ticket to access Lost Chambers and Aquaventure.
  • Multiday tickets can only be used on consecutive days.
  • There may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events.
  • Stops and timings are subject to alter. There will be an updated map on the bus.
  • There may be a small delay in the bus's arrival and departure schedules.
  • Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these circumstances, there will be no refund.

Al Seef Dhow Cruise:

  • Daily and hourly from 10:00 to 15:00.
  • Location: Al Seef - Stop 4 ( Al Seef Heritage Area )

Lost Chambers Aquarium (included with 2 and 3-day passes):

  • Open daily from 10:00 to 21:00
  • Location: Atlantis The Palm - Stop 3 Blue Route
  • You can redeem your vouchers at any of our bus stops or you can go to one of the locations below to redeem your vouchers and speak to our friendly, helpful team on how to get the most out of your tour and visit to Dubai.
  • The Al Seef Dhow Cruise and Lost Chambers Aquarium must be used within one week from the date you redeem your voucher at The Dubai Mall.

Cruise Passengers:
  • Cruise passengers will be offered a City Sightseeing transfer to the bus terminal in The Dubai Mall where you will be able to choose the Blue or Red route. City Sightseeing Staff will be present in Cruise Terminals 2 & 3 to advise on all ticket information and redemption points.
  • City Sightseeing cruise transfer takes approx. 20 minutes (frequency subject to traffic).

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time.
  • You must contact us through email. The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
