You can see the entire city because our two main highways, the Red and the Blue, pass through different parts of it. The Museum of the Future is one of the Red Route's attractions, and it's worth going just to view the museum's distinctively amazing edifice

  • Schedule: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Loop: 80 Minutes

Sunset and Night Tour:

  • This is not a hop-on hop-off tour. There is one loop per day. The tour lasts two hours.
    Pick-up times:
  • Stop 1 - The Dubai Mall: 18:00, 
  • Stop 2 - Mina Seyahi - Dubai Marina: 18:45
  • Stop 3 - Atlantis The Palm: 19:00
  • Stop 4 - Fairmont The Palm: 19:05
  • Stop 5 - Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah - at 7:05pm
  • Stop 6 - Souk Madinat Jumeirah - at 7:20pm
  • Stop 7 - Mall of the Emirates - at 7:30pm

Al Seef Dhow Cruise:

  • Daily and hourly from 10:00 to 15:00.
  • Location: Al Seef - Stop 4 Red Route
Lost Chambers Aquarium (included with 2 and 3-day passes):
  • Start: daily from 10:00 to 21:00
  • Location: Atlantis The Palm - Stop 3 Blue Route

  • Passengers may board the bus at any designated stop, and vouchers can be directly exchanged with the driver.
  • Upon exchanging your voucher, you will receive a ticket, which must be retained until the expiration date or the conclusion of the tour.
  • It is essential to verify the expiration date on your ticket. Once the voucher is exchanged for a ticket, the voucher becomes invalid.
  • The company is not responsible for any refunds in the event of a lost voucher or ticket.

Voucher Validity:

  • The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of booking.

Important Info:

  • IMPORTANT: Children 3-5 will need a separate ticket for the Lost Chambers Aquarium.
  • Atlantis's child policy is from 3 years old. So 3- and 4-year-olds will need a separate ticket to access Lost Chambers and Aquaventure.
  • Multiday tickets can only be used on consecutive days.
  • There may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events.
  • Stops and timings are subject to alter. There will be an updated map on the bus.
  • There may be a small delay in the bus's arrival and departure schedules.
  • Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these circumstances, there will be no refund.

Al Seef Dhow Cruise:

  • Daily and hourly from 10:00 to 15:00.
  • Location: Al Seef - Stop 4 ( Al Seef Heritage Area )

Lost Chambers Aquarium (included with 2 and 3-day passes):

  • Open daily from 10:00 to 21:00
  • Location: Atlantis The Palm - Stop 3 Blue Route
  • You can redeem your vouchers at any of our bus stops or you can go to one of the locations below to redeem your vouchers and speak to our friendly, helpful team on how to get the most out of your tour and visit to Dubai.
  • The Al Seef Dhow Cruise and Lost Chambers Aquarium must be used within one week from the date you redeem your voucher at The Dubai Mall.

Cruise Passengers:
  • Cruise passengers will be offered a City Sightseeing transfer to the bus terminal in The Dubai Mall where you will be able to choose the Blue or Red route. City Sightseeing Staff will be present in Cruise Terminals 2 & 3 to advise on all ticket information and redemption points.
  • City Sightseeing cruise transfer takes approx. 20 minutes (frequency subject to traffic).

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time.
  • You must contact us through email. The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.

You can easily book tours and activities through our website. Simply browse our destinations, select your preferred tour, choose your date and number of participants, and complete the secure online payment process. You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking voucher immediately after purchase.

After booking, you'll receive a voucher via email. For hop-on-hop-off tours, exchange your voucher with the bus driver or staff at any designated stop to receive your physical ticket. For other activities, present your voucher (digital or printed) at the meeting point specified in your booking confirmation. Keep your ticket safe throughout the tour validity period.

Yes. You can modify your booking after purchase. Modifications depend on the specific tour's terms and conditions. Some bookings allow date changes up to 24-48 hours before the tour, while others may have stricter policies. Contact us at booking@activity-crest.com as soon as possible if you need to modify your booking. Please note that changes may be subject to availability and additional fees.

Please bring a printed copy of your ticket voucher. Some local suppliers also accept vouchers shown on a mobile device (check the activity page for details). A valid photo ID is required for the traveler named on the ticket. For certain activities, a valid ID for each participant may be required – this will be clearly stated on your ticket.

Our cancellation policy varies by tours. Most tours offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. For specific cancellation terms and refund conditions, please check the individual tour page before booking.
