  • To arrive at our meeting point from the Piccadilly Circus tube station, take the Regent Street St James's exit. Continue straight ahead, cross Pall Mall, and keep going until you reach the end of the road in front of the Duke of York column monument. Please wait at the base of the monument, located at the top of The Mall steps, for your tour guide.
  • Due to traffic issues, public holidays, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances, there may be unexpected changes to the route or schedule. Traffic congestion and road closures may result in delays and alterations to the route. We will do everything possible to ensure a smooth and timely service! No refunds will be provided for any changes or cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances.

  • During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
