  • Tour Duration: (Approx.) 90 minutes
  • Meeting Point: Reach at Green Park Station (near Ritz Hotel), Piccadilly, London, W1J 9BR
  • (Please report 15 minutes prior to the start time).

  • Please present your booking voucher at the meeting location to the bus/ street staff: Green Park Station (near Ritz Hotel), Piccadilly, London, W1J 9BR
  • Board the yellow colour bus with the logo "See London by Night" at the bus stop located outside the Green Park underground metro station, adjacent to the Ritz Hotel. If there are any road disruptions, please seek assistance from staff wearing yellow jackets or call our customer service line.
  • Vouchers that are printed or mobile are both acceptable.
  • Once you exchange your booking voucher for a ticket, it will expire.
  • If a voucher or ticket is lost, the company or bus operator will not issue a refund.
  • Ticket Validity: You can only use your ticket on the scheduled date and time.

Tour Validity:

  • Remember that your vouchers will remain valid for the specific date & time that you selected during the booking process.

Important Info:

  • There may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events.
  • Wheelchairs can be used on our busses.
  • On buses, pets are not permitted.
  • On our buses, smoking is not permitted.
  • To keep our busses comfortable and clean, no food is allowed on board.
  • There will be no more than 65 passengers on this journey.
  • Due to sunset times, the trip might not take place during the hours of darkness throughout the summer.
  • This is NOT a Hop-on Hop-off Bus trip, so please be aware of that.
  • The ticket is valid for one single bus ride only.
  • At all times, children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • First-come, first-served is the method used to assign seats.
  • Customers are strongly advised to be at the meeting location at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the trip.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations.
  • During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
