  • A circuit takes approx: 1 hour
  • Bus Frequencies: All first buses depart from the Railway Station and last loop buses start at Exhibition Square.

Rainy Day Guarantee:
We are offering you the chance to change the date that you travel with us, if the good old British weather lets us down. We all know that it never rains in York, but if you find that you are unable to enjoy the full benefit of your open top bus tour due to the rain, you can change the date for when your ticket starts. This change needs to take place before 12pm on the 1st day you were planning to travel. Applies to Hop-on Hop-off bus tickets only.

  • We will do everything we can to provide smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
