  • Meeting Point: 21 South 5th Street in front of the Bourse Building

  • You are required to redeem your mobile or printed voucher prior to boarding the bus at: 21 South 5th Street in front of the Bourse Building
  • In exchange for your voucher, you will receive a ticket, which you must retain until the expiry date of the tour.
  • Please verify your ticket to ascertain its expiration date. Once you have exchanged your voucher for a ticket, the voucher will no longer hold any validity.
  • In the event of loss of the voucher or ticket, the company shall not be responsible for any refunds.

  • Important sights on the route: Smedley Street (Stop), Miracle on 13th St. (Beginning November 30th - Stop), Christmas Village/Love Park, City Hall & Dilworth Plaza, Comcast Building, Washington Square, Franklin Square (Stop)
  • Weekend bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • In the event of bad weather, we will offer you a new date and time or 100% refund if you can not find an alternate date.
  • BYOB: beer/wine only (No liquor). Please drink responsibly and remove all rubbish.
  • Our buses are wheelchair accessible.
  • Dogs in carriers are permitted on the bus.

  • All sales are final: tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
