Tour Description

The greatest way to view the city is on the Old Town Trolley Tour. We cover the entire city, so you won't have to pay for parking or drive through the city. Additionally, the trip is structured to allow you to exit at any time and continue exploring on your own.

The tour is led by amiable and competent guides who point out interesting locations along the way. You will learn intriguing tales about the nearly 500-year history of St. Augustine, starting with Pedro Menéndez de Avilés' establishment in 1565, continuing through the Spanish Colonial era, and concluding with Henry Flagler's conversion of the town into a resort in the late 19th century.

Visit Castillo de San Marcos, a 17th-century Spanish fort, to relive the tale of the first settlement in North America. You may taste the water when you visit the well-known spring that Ponce de Leon dubbed the Fountain of Youth. Visit the Mission of Nombre de Dios, the site of the first Mass celebrated in America. Explore historic St. Augustine Village, which has homes dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries, to get a taste of early St. Augustine.

The St. Augustine History Museum, Potter's Wax Museum, the Old Jail, the Spanish Military Hospital, and the Ximenez-Fatio House are just a few of the locations the Old Town Trolley Tours visit. Additionally, you will witness the Gonzalez-Alvarez House, which was inhabited by American, Spanish, and British colonists and is the earliest colonial home in Florida with documentation. Explore Flagler College, founded by businessman, railroad pioneer, and oil billionaire Henry Morrison Flagler, who first utilised the structure as a hotel known as the Ponce de Leon hotel. Visit the San Sebastian Winery.
