  • You are required to redeem your mobile or paper voucher at the designated stops from Monday at 07:00 PM until Friday at Hoan Kiem Lake, located at No. 7 Dinh Tien Hoang Street, and from 7:30 PM on Friday through Sunday at the Hanoi Opera House.
  • In exchange for your voucher, you will receive a ticket, which you must retain until the expiry date or the conclusion of the tour.
  • Please verify your ticket to ascertain its expiration date.
  • Once you have exchanged your voucher for a ticket, the voucher will no longer hold any validity.
  • In the event of loss of the voucher or ticket, the company shall not be responsible for any refunds.
  • The ticket is valid for a single use only.

  • The running time of bus is from 8:30am to 9:30pm (till 8pm on Fri, Sat, Sun). If the upcoming bus is full or you miss the bus, then please do not worry. You may board the next bus in 30 minutes.
  • The Day tour is from 08:30am to 4:30pm. The Night tour timings are from 5:00pm to 9:30pm (from Fri-Sun till 8:30pm)
  • In an effort to minimize plastic waste, contributing to a more sustainable and eco-friendly experience, the operator will supply a pour 20-liter water container. Kindly bring your own reusable bottle to refill. We also provide paper cups for your use.
  • Evening Tours & Booking Confirmation: Buses may arrive back at pick-up locations later than expected because of the slower traffic and the higher passenger volume during the evening hours (from 5:00PM to 10:00PM) on holidays. Customers who make reservations online are politely advised to arrive at least 20- minutes before their specified departure time. Please be aware that real departure timings may differ owing to high traffic.
  • When making a reservation, we also ask that clients include an active email address, Vietnamese phone number, or WhatsApp number so that the tour staff can get in touch with you promptly.
  • This is a non-stop bus tour and is not intended for hop-on hop-off services. You are permitted one access during the capacity of the pass. Should you disembark from the bus, reboarding will not be permitted.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
