  • For admission to the War Remnants Museum or The Independence Palace: Kindly meet the tour staff of Anh Viet Hop on Hop off Vietnam Company at the bus stop located in front of the War Remnants Museum or in front of the Independence Palace, near the ticket booth and entrance gate to obtain your entrance tickets.
  • Please verify your ticket to ascertain its expiration date. Once you have exchanged your voucher for a ticket, the voucher will no longer be considered valid.
  • In the event of loss of the voucher or ticket, the company shall not be responsible for any refunds.
  • With a ticket valid for 24 hours, travelers are permitted to participate in both day and night tours; however, after 04:00 PM, the buses will operate without stopping, and travelers will not be able to hop on and off.

  • To reduce plastic waste and promote a more sustainable and environmentally friendly experience, the operator will provide a 20-liter water container.
  • We kindly ask that you bring your own reusable bottle for refills. Additionally, paper cups will be available for your convenience.
  • The activity is conducted in most weather conditions. Customers are required to check in or redeem their e-tickets/vouchers at the Bus station prior to using the ticket.
  • The check-in time for Independence Palace is from 08:30am to 02:30pm.
  • Disclaimer: Please be aware that due to traffic issues, public holidays, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances, there may be sudden changes to the route or schedule. Traffic congestion and road closures may result in delays and alterations to the route. We will make every effort to ensure a smooth and frequent service! No refunds will be provided for any changes or cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances.
  • Important Instructions: We strongly recommend that all passengers attempt to board the bus at the first stop, if possible. During peak season, particularly on weekends, buses may reach full capacity, and we advise you to wait for the next available buses. No refunds will be issued under such circumstances.
  • Ticket Note: Your voucher is only valid for the date specified at the time of booking. Should you wish to modify your reservation, please contact us 48 hours in advance.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 72 hours before the activity/tour start time. If you cancel your booking less than 72 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 72 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
