  • Meeting Point: Central Post office or Pick-up available from Hotel in Dist. 1 (except for Dakao Ward, because vehicles cannot access narrow roads. 
Independence Palace :
  • Opening Hours: 08:00am to 04:00pm
  • Meeting Point: The bus stop Central Post Office (02 Cong Xa Paris, Dist. 1) 

  • You may redeem your mobile or printed voucher for the Hop on Hop off Bus at any of the designated stops. However, the initial stop is either the Saigon Central Post Office or Nguyen Hue Walking Street, 92, depending on whether you are taking the morning or evening buses, respectively.
  • In exchange for your voucher, you will receive a ticket, which you are required to retain until the expiry date or the conclusion of the tour.
  • Please verify your ticket to ascertain its expiration date.
  • Once you have exchanged your voucher for a ticket, the voucher will no longer hold any validity.
  • In the event of a lost voucher or ticket, the company shall not be responsible for any refunds.
  • For tours to the Cu Chi Tunnels: Kindly present your mobile or printed voucher to the driver or guide who will collect you from your hotel.
  • To gain admission to The Independence Palace: Please meet the bus staff at the bus stop located at the Central Post Office (02 Cong Xa Paris, Dist. 1) to obtain your entrance ticket.

  • Please provide your hotel information when making your booking to ensure pick-up from the hotel.
  • If you have not yet reserved your hotel, there is no need for concern. Our customer service team will reach out to you to obtain the necessary details.
  • Hotel pick-up is exclusively available for the Cu Chi Tunnel Tour.
  • Upon reaching the redemption point, kindly present your printed voucher along with a photo ID or e-ticket to exchange for your activity.
  • To reduce plastic waste and promote a more sustainable and eco-friendly experience, the operator will provide a 20-liter water container.
  • Please bring your own reusable bottle for refilling. We will also supply paper cups for your convenience.
  • Due to traffic conditions, public holidays, weather factors, and other unforeseen events, there may be unexpected changes to the route or schedule. Traffic jams and road closures may lead to delays and alterations in the route. We will make every effort to ensure a smooth and timely service! No refunds will be issued for any changes or cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances.
  • We advise all passengers to attempt to board the bus at the first stop if possible. During peak season, particularly on weekends, buses may reach full capacity, and we recommend waiting for the next available buses. No refunds will be provided under such circumstances.
  • Ticket Note: Your voucher is only valid for the date specified at the time of booking. Should you wish to modify your reservation, please notify us 48 hours in advance.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 72 hours before the activity/tour start time. If you cancel your booking less than 72 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 72 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
