On a day trip, depart from The Central Post Office and go on an amazing adventure through Ho Chi Minh City on a double-decker bus.   • You are required to redeem your mobile or paper voucher at the designated meeting location:  Saigon Central Post Office or Nguyen Hue Walking Street, 92 for morning and evening buses respectively
  • In return for your voucher, you will receive a ticket, which you must retain until the expiry date or the conclusion of the tour.
  • Please verify your ticket to ascertain its expiration date.
  • Once you have exchanged your voucher for a ticket, the voucher will no longer hold any validity.
  • In the event of loss of the voucher or ticket, the company shall not be responsible for any refunds.
  • Ticket Note: Your voucher is only valid for the date that was booked at the time of your reservation. Should you wish to modify your reservation, please notify us 48 hours in advance.
  • Redemption for Mekong tour: Please show your mobile or printed voucher to the driver/ guide who will pick you from the Hotel.
  • Admission to The Independence Palace: Please meet our staff at one of the ticket counters at The Independen Palace, The Central Post Office (02 Cong Xa Paris, Dist. 1) or Anh Viet Hop on Hop off Office 210 Dien Bien Phu St. to get the entrance ticket.

  • Please mention your Hotel details at the time of making the booking to get picked up from the Hotel.
  • If you have not booked your hotel then no need to worry. Our customer care team will get in touch with you to get the details.
  • Hotel Pick-up is only available for Mekong Delta tour.
  • Upon arrival at the redemption location, please present your printed voucher and photo ID or e-ticket in exchange for your activity.
  • Independence Palace Opening Hours: 8:00am to 5.30pm
  • For admission to The Independence Palace, please meet our staff at one of the ticket counters at The Independen Palace, The Central Post Office (02 Cong Xa Paris, Dist. 1) or Anh Viet Hop on Hop off Office 210 Dien Bien Phu St. to get the entrance ticket
  • In an effort to minimize plastic waste, contributing to a more sustainable and eco-friendly experience, the operator will supply a pour 20-liter water container. Kindly bring your own reusable bottle to refill. We also provide paper cups for your use.
  • Due to traffic issues, public holidays, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances, there may be sudden changes to the route or schedule. Traffic congestion and road closures may lead to delays, reduced frequency, and alterations to the route. We will do our utmost to ensure a smooth and frequent service! Please note that no refunds will be provided for any changes or cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances.
  • Please be informed that some roads in the city center will be closed due to the holidays. This may lead to adjustments in the routes and delays in travel speed and duration. To minimize any disruptions to your tour experience, the crew will strive to identify alternative routes. However, audio guides may not be fully updated to reflect these changes. Thank you for your understanding.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 72 hours before the activity/tour start time. If you cancel your booking less than 72 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 72 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.

After booking, you'll receive a voucher via email. For hop-on-hop-off tours, exchange your voucher with the bus driver or staff at any designated stop to receive your physical ticket.
