• You need to redeem your mobile or paper voucher at the meeting point: 92 – 96 Nguyen Hue Street for night bus tours.
• In return for your voucher, you will receive a ticket, which you must retain until the expiry date or the tour.
• Make sure to check your ticket for its expiration date.
• Once you have exchanged your voucher for a ticket, the voucher will no longer be valid.
• In case of loss of the voucher or ticket, the company is not responsible for any refunds.
• Ticket Note: Your voucher is only valid for the date you booked at the time of reservation. If you need to change your reservation, please notify us 48 hours in advance.

Important Info:

• This is not a Hop on Hop off bus tour, the bus will complete full loop without stopping.
• There may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events.
• Stops and timings are subject to alter. There will be an updated map on the bus.
• There may be a small delay in the bus's arrival and departure schedules.
• Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these circumstances, there will be no refund.
• In an effort to minimize plastic waste, contributing to a more sustainable and eco-friendly experience, the operator will supply a pour 20-liter water container. Kindly bring your own reusable bottle to refill. We also provide paper cups for your use.
• Please bring your own headphones to enjoy the audio commentary while on the bus.
• Customers are required to either print or take a screenshot of their booking confirmation email and present it to the staff on any of the Hop on Hop Off double-decker buses.
• Children must be accompanied by at least one adult.
• Please note that some roads in the city center will be closed due to the holidays. This may lead to changes in routes and potential delays in travel speed and duration. To reduce any disruptions to your tour experience, the crew will strive to find alternative routes. However, audio guides may not be fully updated to reflect these changes. Thank you for your understanding.
• Evening Tours & Booking Confirmation: Buses may return to pick-up locations later than anticipated due to slower traffic and increased passenger volume during the evening hours (from 5 PM to 10 PM) on holidays. Customers who book online are kindly advised to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time. Please be aware that actual departure times may vary due to heavy traffic.
• When making a reservation, we also request that clients provide an active email address, a Vietnamese phone number, or a WhatsApp number so that the tour staff can contact you promptly.

• To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 72 hours before the activity/tour start time. If you cancel your booking less than 72 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
• Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 72 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
• The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

• There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
• Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
• The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
